As part of the world Restart a Heart Campaign, a team from Edinburgh Dental Institute organised a free drop in session for members of the public at the Surgeons Hall Museum. Along with the teaching team, our year 3 and 4 BSc (Hons) Oral Health Sciences students trained 75 people on how to deliver CPR and the use of the AED during the event. Our year 3 and 4 students really engaged with the campaign and the team feels these type of events are important for our student’s professional and personal development. We are aiming to make it an annual event!
